I ordered a few toy soldiers and, everything showed up packed well with no damage or issues. The site was easy to use, and my order arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

The only thing I noticed was that the shipping cost felt a bit high for what I bought. It wasn’t a dealbreaker or anything, but it did stand out. I’d still order again if there was something I really wanted

I ordered from them again because the first time was good, but this second order wasn’t quite the same. I can’t remember if I placed it late last month or maybe the beginning of this month, but the shipping felt like it took way too long this time. Kind of disappointing compared to my first order.

I bought a couple of collectibles from Sierra Toy Soldier, and overall, they look good, and seem authentic. One of the boxes, though, had less info than I expected, so I ended up comparing photos online myself, just to feel sure. Shipping was fine, no real issue there. For the price, I just wish the authenticity details were a little clearer. Not bad at all, just not quite perfect.

I reached out to support earlier in the week and didn’t hear back right away, so I was starting to wonder if they’d missed my message. They did eventually get back to me after a little while, though, and answered my question. Not the fastest response, but they did follow up.

They had some nice toy soldiers. A few cool ones caught my eye. But yeah... I was kind of hoping for more variety. Not bad overall, just felt like the selection could’ve been bigger.

They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and the whole process was no hassle. I did have a moment where I wasn’t totally sure what the next step was, but they cleared it up quickly, so it wasn’t a big deal

I thought the prices on sierratoysoldier.com were fair overall. A couple items were a little more than I was hoping for, but most of what I saw lined up with other shops. Shipping added a bit to the total, but nothing too wild. If I came across the right piece again, I’d be happy to order, kind of fun browsing around.
